At WRSSC, sport means everything to us. So it made sense that we installed the largest, highest definition, big screen that we possibly could to show all major sporting events. Strategically placed in our Main Bar, the WRSSC Big Screen is in heavy use showing events live as they happen.
WRSCC - Cardiff's Home of Big Screen Sport
Our Big Screen sits at the far end of the Main Bar. With an extensive selection of fine food from our kitchen and an incredibly well stocked bar serving hot and cold drinks, there is no better place to share the atmosphere of the next big match.
Sports Lounge
The WRSSC Sports Lounge is located on the ground floor and hosts our second big screen. Although not quite up to the scale of our Main Bar, the sports lounge offers an alternative cosy atmosphere in which to enjoy the large screen and take full advantage of the lounge’s own private bar. Like all of our facilities, the Sports Lounge can be privately hired for events and has been used in the past for small gigs and open mic evenings, as well as other functions.
The Main Hall
The Main Hall is our largest space available for hire, and flexible to host almost any event. We regularly host parties and discos in the main hall and can provide complete packages at very competitive prices. Alternatively the hall has also been used for conferences and large business meetings, training events and seminars, casting calls and much more. A large screen and PA system is permanently installed along with a theater stage and lighting rig. Our main hall is a flexible space with myrad configuration options (shown below). Hospitality Suite
The hospitality suite is our premier facility for hosting smaller parties, meetings and other functions, by recreating that ‘private box’ feeling of major sporting arenas. Containing our luxurious meeting table and high leather back chairs… long business meetings or video-conferencing events can be held in total comfort. Catering is available along with a personal service, all at a very competitive price.
The Hospitality Suite's boardroom style table seats a maximum of 16 people.
Conference Suite
Our conference suite is a multi-purpose room with a private bar for serving food and drinks. This room is a superb choice for small functions and meetings, but can also be used as a ‘side-room’ for larger events taking place in the Main Hall next door. All of our facilities can be hired individually, or together, and can form part of an entertainment package including food and drink for clientele.
